1) What is an AI Receptionist and what does it actually do?
It’s a branded voice agent that answers every call, asks a few intake questions, books appointments, routes urgent calls, and sends a summary to your inbox and CRM. For after-hours or overflow, it prevents missed calls and speeds up first response.

2) How is AI Receptionist different from AI Website Chat?
Receptionist handles phone calls (inbound/outbound, transfers, voicemail). Website Chat lives on your site/SMS, answers FAQs, captures leads, and books meetings. Most clients run both so visitors can choose phone or chat.

3) Will this integrate with our current tools?
